Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to enhance our HR operations in Slough. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will play a vital role in supporting our workforce and driving initiatives aligned with our company culture and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
  • Monitor employee engagement levels and recommend improvements.
  • Provide support during performance review cycles.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and databases.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and policies.
  • Engage in diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Management
  • CIPD Level 5 or higher is advantageous
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR management or generalist roles
