Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant based in Manchester, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of recruitment. Your expertise will drive talent acquisition strategies, ensuring we attract and retain the best candidates for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews and onboarding processes. Your insights will contribute to enhancing our recruitment processes, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends and client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate capabilities and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate databases and ensure all information is up-to-date.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Track and measure recruitment metrics to improve service delivery.
  • Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Provide training and support to junior recruitment staff as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology
  • Professional qualifications in recruitment are a plus
