Job Description

As an HR Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to support employee development and organisational growth. You'll work closely with various departments to identify training needs and enhance workforce skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to foster a culture of learning and development.
  • Implement new training technologies to enhance learning experiences.
  • Create and maintain an internal training repository for easy access.
  • Assist in the development of leadership and management training programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and organisational training requirements.
  • Evaluate and manage external training providers effectively.
  • Establish mentoring and coaching programmes to support employee growth.
  • Contribute to the HR strategy by aligning training with organisational goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a training role within HR
