Job Description

As an HR Business Partner in Oxford, you will be crucial in driving HR initiatives that support business objectives. You’ll work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture, ensuring alignment between personnel management and operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives.

  • Facilitate communication between management and employees.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage retention strategies.
  • Analyse HR data to inform decision-making.
  • Support employee wellness initiatives.

  • Ensure effective onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Postgraduate HR qualifications are an advantage
