Responsibilities

• Effectively manage cataloging of a diverse range of media materials.
• Assist in the digitalisation of collections to enhance accessibility.
• Coordinate with external consultants for best practices in cataloging.
• Document procedures and maintain records of cataloging processes.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain updated with cataloging standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Management, or a related field
• A Master’s degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cataloging or inventory management roles.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in cataloging software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in digital cataloging systems: Hands-on experience with digital tools for cataloging media and resources.
