Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, ensuring the best talent is sourced and selected.
Conduct employee performance reviews and support career development initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions that promote a culture of continuous learning.
Advise management on compliance issues related to employment laws and practices.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Implement and manage employee recognition programs.
Develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
CIPD qualification is highly regarded

3+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee engagement
