We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will spearhead HR strategies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of HR initiatives and provide HR support across the organization.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, analysing trends to advise leadership.
  • Collaborate with management to support performance management processes.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Manage payroll and ensure accuracy in HR systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • CIPD qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
