Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Utilise various sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and talent acquisition strategies.
Prepare and present candidate shortlists to clients, providing detailed insights.
Facilitate the negotiation of salaries and employment terms between clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
Represent the company at career fairs and networking events.
Support and mentor junior recruitment team members.
Collaborate with marketing to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
