Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist to enhance our operational efficiency and optimise processes. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of business operations, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions that support our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate business operations and strategies for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare documentation and presentations for operational reviews and strategic updates.
  • Coordinate with IT to implement operational software tools and systems.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting related to operational budgets.
  • Monitor compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate team-building activities to enhance collaboration and employee engagement.
  • Conduct market research to inform strategic planning and operational prioritisation.
  • Support implementation of organisation-wide initiatives and projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Professional qualifications in HR or Business Operations are an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operational role
