Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant at Top Talent Recruitment, you'll play a vital role in connecting businesses with skilled professionals. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across different sectors. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for building client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating effective communication.
  • Participate in networking events to promote our recruitment services.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future roles.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on recruitment solutions.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to measure success.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • CIPD qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruitment consultancy role
