You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and placing candidates across various sectors.

Responsibilities

• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies and third-party vendors as needed.
• Facilitate client meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and outcomes.
• Actively participate in team meetings to share best practices and success stories.
• Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of service.
• Track key performance indicators and report on recruitment outcomes.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials for recruitment purposes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy

Technical Skills

• Client Relationship Management

Certifications

• Advanced Certificate in Recruitment or equivalent
• CIPD Qualification (preferred)

Languages
