Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our HR operations in Oxford. The ideal candidate will manage various HR functions, ensuring compliance and enhancing employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update HR policies to align with business needs.
  • Act as an advisor to managers on HR-related issues.
  • Facilitate employee training and development opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
  • Manage HR data and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role
