As an HR Advisor, you will support our mission by driving HR best practices, collaborating with managers to resolve employee issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate training sessions and development workshops.
Manage the recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
Evaluate and enhance employee performance management processes.
Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback for improvements.
Ensure compliance with HR-related regulations and practices.
Lead initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees.
Contribute to strategic HR planning and execution.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Human Resources Management is advantageous
CIPD qualification is a strong asset
Experience
3+ years in HR advisory or generalist roles required
