Job Description

As an HR Advisor, you will support our mission by driving HR best practices, collaborating with managers to resolve employee issues, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate training sessions and development workshops.
  • Manage the recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Evaluate and enhance employee performance management processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with HR-related regulations and practices.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees.
  • Contribute to strategic HR planning and execution.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is advantageous
  • CIPD qualification is a strong asset
Experience
  • 3+ years in HR advisory or generalist roles required
