Job Description
We are seeking a Learning Program Manager with a focus on HR management to spearhead our employee training initiatives. The individual will be responsible for designing engaging programmes that align with our organisational goals, thereby nurturing a culture of continuous development.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of training programmes that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Conduct regular needs assessments to determine employee training requirements.
  • Leverage technology to create innovative learning experiences.
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Promote a culture of learning by encouraging participation in development programmes.
  • Collaborate with external trainers and learning providers to deliver quality training.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to employees as needed.
  • Advocate for employee learning and development at all levels of the organisation.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Master’s degree is an advantage
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS) Proficient in using LMS for training administration.
  • Instructional Design Expertise in creating engaging learning materials.
  • Project Management Skilled in managing projects from conception to delivery.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills Strong ability to analyse training needs and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership Experienced in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Learning and Development
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Knowledge of e-learning development tools: Experience with platforms like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite: Strong skills in productivity tools for creating training materials.
