Job Description
As Human Resources Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping our HR strategies and overseeing all HR activities across the organisation. You will lead recruitment efforts, strategically manage talent, and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Design and execute effective onboarding processes for new hires.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee feedback.
Monitor and report on key HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Lead conflict resolution efforts within the team.
Develop succession planning strategies and talent pipelines.
Engage in community outreach to promote the company's presence.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a corporate environment.
