Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and excellent interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and guide the recruitment team in sourcing candidates.
  • Implement training programmes to improve employee skills.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop employee retention strategies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Create a succession planning strategy.
  • Organise team-building activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a managerial HR role
