Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored training strategies that meet specific team needs.
• Conduct training needs analysis within departments.
• Monitor and assess the success of development programmes.
• Utilize digital tools for e-learning training solutions.
• Foster relationships with external training providers.
• Provide coaching and mentoring for staff.
• Assist in performance management processes related to learning.
• Manage the training budget and resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Professional certification in Learning & Development is desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a training and development or HR role

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Training Needs Analysis

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Learning and Development

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
