Job Description

As an HR Manager in Cardiff, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. You will support the management team in fostering a positive workplace culture while overseeing the recruitment, training, and performance management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices and compliance.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture and environment.
  • Monitor compensation and benefits programs and make recommendations.
  • Deliver HR training sessions for management and staff.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and employee mediation.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs.
  • Assist in managing company-wide communication and initiatives.
  • Implement health and safety procedures in the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
