Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents and employee communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR files.
  • Support the performance management processes across the organisation.
  • Conduct audits of HR practices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Contribute to the overall HR strategy and help drive HR initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role
