Job Description

As our HR Manager based in Sheffield, you'll be responsible for overseeing our human resources functions, implementing effective policies, and improving employee satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in HR management and a solid understanding of employment law.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent management strategies that align with business needs.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure HR support for departmental objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR policies to ensure compliance.
  • Develop communication strategies to improve employee awareness of HR changes.
  • Lead the annual employee engagement surveys and follow-ups.
  • Manage the implementation of HR technology and systems.
  • Identify and address skill gaps and training needs within the organization.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from staff.
  • Promote a healthy work-life balance among employees.
  • Monitor employee turnover and implement strategies to reduce it.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD qualification is required
Experience
  • 6+ years of comprehensive HR experience, preferably in the technology sector
