Job Description

We are seeking a passionate HR Manager to oversee our HR operations in Glasgow. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our HR team, managing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset and a keen ability to engage employees, drive performance, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR programs that promote workplace diversity and inclusion.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor feedback.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal updates.
  • Promote employee wellbeing through health and wellness initiatives.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Oversee training programs to enhance skills and performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master’s degree in HR Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
