We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant in Liverpool to drive our recruitment initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across various industries. Responsibilities

  • Build a strong network of candidates through active sourcing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential client needs.
  • Assist clients in writing job descriptions that attract the right talent.
  • Foster long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Organize and participate in interviews and assessment centres.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Certifications in Recruitment or HR would be advantageous
