Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist who will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and be adept at fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with local laws.
  • Assist in performance management processes, providing support to managers and feedback to employees.
  • Support employee relations activities including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
  • Organise training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Ensure accurate employee records are maintained.
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote a positive work culture that values diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD qualification strongly preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of overall HR experience with a focus on generalist functions

  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
