Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist who will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and be adept at fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure smooth integrations.
  • Help develop a performance management framework that aligns with company goals.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate communication between employees and management.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and recommend training programmes.
  • Manage HR documentation and ensure records are complete and accurate.
  • Promote workplace wellbeing initiatives and employee assistance programmes.
  • Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD qualification strongly preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of overall HR experience with a focus on generalist functions
