Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in Derby. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing HR processes, supporting employee relations, and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and a passion for employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to build a diverse talent pool.
  • Advise on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain employees.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to create a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and development support.
  • Assist in the design and execution of training workshops and seminars.
  • Engage in succession planning and career development discussions.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR initiatives across the organisation.
  • Maintain compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to improve retention.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a comprehensive HR role
