Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Luton. In this role, you will manage various HR functions and projects, focusing on compliance, talent acquisition, and employee development to contribute to our organisation's success.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes effectively.
  • Support onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Facilitate performance management and talent development initiatives.
  • Advise on workplace policies and employment legislation.
  • Manage employee grievances and resolve conflicts amicably.
  • Compile HR data for reporting and decision-making.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 4+ years of HR generalist experience

Certifications
  • CIPD Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management
