As a Mobility Professional, your role will involve managing and coordinating the complete employee mobility process. You will ensure compliance with immigration laws, oversee relocations, and provide ongoing support to employees throughout their mobility journey.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end mobility process for relocating employees.
  • Advise on compliance with overseas work permit requirements.
  • Engage with external vendors for efficient relocation logistics.
  • Assist employees in their transition to new locations.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics related to employee mobility.
  • Assist in policy formulation and improvement regarding employee mobility.
  • Ensure that mobility practices align with corporate objectives.
  • Collate feedback from employees and external partners to enhance services.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Business, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in Global Mobility (e.g., GMS) are preferred
  • Project Management Expertise in managing multiple mobility projects simultaneously.
  • Compliance Knowledge In-depth understanding of immigration and relocation compliance.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
Advantageous
  • Vendor Management Experience: Previous experience managing external vendors for relocation services.
  • Tax Knowledge: Understanding of the tax implications of international assignments.
