We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to handle payroll processing in our York office. You will ensure compliance with HR policies, manage payroll discrepancies, and liaise with employees regarding payroll queries.
Responsibilities
Administer payroll systems and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Calculate overtime, bonuses, and deductions as necessary.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies.
Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
Prepare end-of-year documentation, including P60s and P11Ds.
Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and systems.

Relevant certification in Payroll Management
