Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role involves designing and implementing effective training programs that align with our organisational goals. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and insight into employee learning needs, ensuring that our team is equipped with the skills for future success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify performance gaps and create tailored training plans to address them.
  • Coordinate training schedules and logistics for internal and external training programs.
  • Deliver individual coaching sessions to enhance employee skills.
  • Research and integrate innovative learning methodologies into training programs.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support career development planning for employees through targeted training.
  • Assist with the development of mentorship programs to encourage knowledge sharing.
  • Create a resource library of training materials for employees to access.
  • Conduct follow-up sessions to ensure training transfer to the workplace.
  • Advocate for learning and development as a strategic priority within the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in learning and development or similar roles
