Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Policy Consultant to join our Swansea team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and revising HR policies that enhance workplace productivity and compliance with regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for human resources.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects focusing on HR policy development and improvement.
  • Engage with employees to gather feedback on HR policies and practices.
  • Stay updated with HR trends and legislation to maintain compliance.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure alignment with new policies.
  • Develop training materials and guides for HR staff and management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or a relevant field is beneficial
Experience
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in HR consultancy or policy development
