Job Responsibilities
  • Lead comprehensive job analysis projects to ensure fair and equitable job classifications.
  • Develop and maintain job classification documentation and reports.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management on compensation and benefits trends.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark the organization's compensation against industry standards.
  • Facilitate training sessions for HR staff and managers on job classification processes.
  • Advise employees on compensation-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in job classification or HR (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) are advantageous
  • HRIS systems Proficiency in HRIS software such as Workday and Oracle HCM.
  • Classification tools Experience using tools like Mercer and Hay Group for job classification.
  • Analytical skills Strong ability to analyse and interpret complex data.
  • Attention to detail Meticulous with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience working in a multinational or large-scale organization: Knowledge of diverse compensation practices across regions.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting: Skilled in using Excel and other analytical tools for reporting.
