Job Description

As an HR Business Partner at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and aligning it with business goals. Your expertise will guide talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organisational development initiatives across our Birmingham location.

Responsibilities

  • Align HR functions with organisational goals and priorities.
  • Partner with senior leadership in recruitment and succession planning.
  • Advise on employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, providing insights to management.
  • Oversee health and wellbeing programmes to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with training teams to identify skills gaps and training needs.
  • Implement talent retention strategies to reduce turnover.
  • Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or HR-related field
  • CIPD Level 7 preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years in strategic HR roles or as a Business Partner
