Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our Glasgow team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have a passion for enhancing the employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job advertisement to offer acceptance.
  • Support the development and execution of HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, applying them in daily operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet organizational staffing needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
  • CIPD certification is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of HR experience in a generalist role
