Job Description

We are actively seeking an HR Analyst to join our Sheffield team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies by analysing employee data and developing insights. Your analytical skills will assist in enhancing employee engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse employee data related to turnover and retention for actionable insights.
  • Assist in developing training materials based on analysis of performance data.
  • Facilitate engagement sessions with staff to understand their experiences and requirements.
  • Create presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the HR team.
  • Utilise HR software to maintain employee records accurately.
  • Ensure all HR documents are stored securely and accessible for audit purposes.
  • Provide analytical support for compensation and benefits reviews.
  • Assist with employee relations issues by providing data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate in designing employee wellness initiatives based on feedback and research data.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Psychology
  • CIPD Level 5 preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in an HR analytical role
