Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Cambridge. As an integral part of our management team, you will manage recruitment processes, employee relations, and the development of HR strategies to enhance our organisational culture and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance the workplace culture.
  • Work with the management team to develop succession plans and leadership development initiatives.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ensure organizational structure is optimally designed for performance and employee growth.
  • Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace and promote equal opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
