Job Description

As an HR Manager at Leading HR Solutions in Cardiff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping workplace culture and managing the company's most valuable asset: its people. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for HR and proven expertise in managing various employee-related functions. The ideal candidate will implement HR strategies aligned with the business goals, enhance employee engagement, and promote a positive organisational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to senior management.
  • Develop succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Encourage employee feedback and act on insights to improve working conditions.
  • Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and support team dynamics.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for training and recruitment support.
  • Ensure a strong focus on employee wellness and work-life balance.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related area is an advantage
Experience
  • 5-7 years’ experience in HR management or consultancy
