Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives in Swansea. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that cater to the diverse learning needs of our employees, ensuring their professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular analysis of training needs across the organisation.
  • Provide recommendations for employee development programs based on assessment results.
  • Create a mentorship program to support employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with training regulations and industry standards.
  • Utilize feedback from participants to improve training processes.
  • Promote leadership development through targeted training programs.
  • Coordinate with IT for any technical support required during training sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in organisational development or training management
