Responsibilities
Lead HR projects that enhance operational efficiency.
Support line managers in employee development and talent management.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for improving workplace conditions.
Design and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity.
Drive initiatives to improve workplace engagement and morale.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Facilitate performance management and succession planning.
Monitor industry trends and apply insights to strategies.
Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR Management or equivalent
Master’s in HR or Business Administration is an advantage

6+ years of progressive HR experience
