Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive HR Manager to join our bustling Liverpool office. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR projects that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support line managers in employee development and talent management.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for improving workplace conditions.
  • Design and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity.
  • Drive initiatives to improve workplace engagement and morale.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Facilitate performance management and succession planning.
  • Monitor industry trends and apply insights to strategies.
  • Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or equivalent
  • Master’s in HR or Business Administration is an advantage
Experience
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience
