Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR initiatives in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of employee relations, benefits administration, and talent acquisition strategies, along with a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide conflict resolution.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics including turnover rates.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
  • Develop health and safety policies to promote workplace well-being.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
  • Offer support and guidance on HR-related matters to staff.
  • Evaluate training needs and manage associated budgets.
  • Ready to adapt to changing workforce needs and trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field
  • Professional qualification in HR is preferred

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
