Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist who is passionate about enhancing workplace culture. In this role, you will manage recruitment, assist in talent management, and ensure our HR practices align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and manage applicant tracking systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR best practices.
  • Help implement strategies for employee development and retention.
  • Track and report on HR metrics to identify trends.
  • Maintain employee records and updates in HR systems.
  • Enhance workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather insights for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and policy development
