Job Description

Join us as an HR Generalist in York, where you will be instrumental in managing personnel processes and developing strategies for employee engagement. Your contributions will help shape our workplace culture and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR coordination efforts for employee engagement activities.
  • Support disciplinary and grievance procedures, advising management as necessary.
  • Oversee the maintenance of employee HR files and databases.
  • Implement staff performance reviews and development plans.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related queries.
  • Collaborate with management on benefits strategy and administration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR generalist experience
