Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Manchester. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top talent across various sectors. You will build relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process that meets the needs of both parties.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment initiatives for various sectors including IT, finance, and healthcare.
  • Build a database of candidates and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates alike.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Create and post job advertisements across suitable platforms.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of employment between candidates and clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience from the first point of contact.
  • Enhance the company's brand presence in the recruitment market.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Human Resources
Experience
  • 3+ years in recruitment consultancy or related roles
