Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and enhance employee engagement through feedback surveys and action plans.
  • Manage employee relations issues and mediate disputes effectively.
  • Develop career development pathways and mentoring programs.
  • Lead organisation-wide initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper documentation of HR practices and maintain employee records.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to all levels of staff.
  • Evaluate and manage workplace safety and health programs.
  • Track and report on HR metrics to aid in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Enhance employer branding to attract potential candidates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or MBA is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
