Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support our HR department in Edinburgh. You will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a solid background in HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute training programmes for employee development.
  • Support the management team in performance appraisal processes.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Conduct research and analysis on compensation and benefits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation and best practices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration
  • Master's degree or equivalent is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations
