HR Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support and manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The successful candidate will play a vital role in fostering a positive company culture and supporting our team in achieving HR goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Establish and enforce HR policies that align with company culture.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR issues.
• Assist in designing and implementing training sessions for staff.
• Evaluate employee performance and guide development initiatives.
• Create and coordinate team-building and employee recognition programs.
• Address employee grievances and conduct related investigations.
• Monitor compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Advanced degree in HR is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role
