Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations in our Southampton office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, ensuring compliance and accuracy in processing payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accuracy of payroll calculations and deductions.
  • Ensure timely submissions of payroll taxes and filings.
  • Assist in the implementation of payroll software upgrades.
  • Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll accounts.
  • Prepare year-end payroll processing including P60s and P11Ds.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
  • Continuously improve payroll processes to enhance efficacy.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • CIPP qualification is strongly preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a payroll or HR management role
