We are looking for a skilled Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations in our Southampton office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, ensuring compliance and accuracy in processing payroll.
Responsibilities
Oversee the accuracy of payroll calculations and deductions.
Ensure timely submissions of payroll taxes and filings.
Assist in the implementation of payroll software upgrades.
Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll accounts.
Prepare year-end payroll processing including P60s and P11Ds.
Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
Continuously improve payroll processes to enhance efficacy.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
CIPP qualification is strongly preferred.
Experience
5+ years of experience in a payroll or HR management role
