Job Description

As a Learning and Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in assessing the learning needs of our staff and designing tailored training programs. Responsibilities

• Design and monitor evaluation strategies for all training programs.
• Implement technology-based training solutions where appropriate.
• Engage with employees to promote learning opportunities and create awareness.
• Report on training activities and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Facilitate partnerships with educational institutions for additional learning resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development or Training roles

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment

Languages
