Job Description

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be pivotal in shaping our employee training initiatives. You will collaborate with various departments to assess training needs, design engaging learning experiences, and implement effective training programs that enhance employee performance and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• Relevant HR qualification is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a learning and development role

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications

• Certification in Training Delivery
• CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Learning & Development

Languages

• English: Fluent
