Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure a diverse applicant pool.

Maintain compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

Contribute to health and safety compliance initiatives.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
CIPD Qualification highly regarded
Experience
5+ years in a generalist HR role or similar
