Job Description

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our dedicated HR team in London. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and reference checks.
  • Manage employee onboarding and ensure all necessary documents are completed.
  • Maintain the HR database and update employee information as needed.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits management.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
  • Help plan and execute staff training and development programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in an HR role within a corporate environment

Certifications
  • CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management
