Job Description

Seeking an HR Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team in Swansea. This person will assist in all aspects of HR, from recruitment to employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance. If you're detail-oriented and eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings and liaising with candidates.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and maintain personnel files.
  • Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
  • Support the HR Manager with payroll processes as required.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on HR best practices and trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles

Certifications
  • CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Practice
